Briefly about the technology

The goal of the technology is to ensure that products sealed this way remain fresh and safe to consume for a long period of time. Capsealing prevents the contents of the bottles from leaking, spilling, and foreign matter from entering the bottle, thus protecting the original condition of the product. The printing on the sealing liner helps identify the brand and makes it difficult to copy the product.

Induction capsealing is a fast, reliable, cost efficient technology suitable for the tamper-proof, hermetic sealing of bottles and other containers of most raw materials. The filled, prepared bottle with a cap that is fitted with a sealing liner is sealed under the heating head of the equipment as a result of the energy transferred by the alternating magnetic field.

By placing the heating head right above the bottles that are being carried by the conveyor belt we get an continuous, highly efficient technology and production line.

Application areas

IC-5 Induction Capsealer

  • The induction capsealer's heating head generates alternating magnetic field, which transfers the energy needed to complete the sealing process into the sealing liner. The eddy current generated by the alternating magnetical field generates heat in the aluminum layer of the sealing liner placed in the cap. The generated heat melts the polymer adhesive layer on the bottle side of the sealing liner onto the surface of the bottle mouth.
  • The induction sealing machine is suitable for sealing both conventional caps and dispensing caps using different heads.
  • The high frequency power supply and the control unit form a single, compact unit with the heating head.
  • A stand with rollers, ensuring stable fastening, accurate setting of the capsealer (horizontal and vertical position as well as angle in three directions) and compensation for irregularities in the flooring, can also be ordered with the induction sealer.
  • The structure of the plastic bottle cap sealing machine allows it to be built into conveyor systems, integrated into bottle and container filling lines easily and may be moved elsewhere just as simply.
  • The performance and construction of the capsealer enables continuous and large-scale production.
  • Due to the excellent efficiency of the induction sealer it does not require liquid cooling even with its high cap sealing capacity. The equipment's air cooling system only requires maintenance in dust-heavy operating environments and it has a standard air technical connection for clean air cooling.
  • The built-in microcontroller and its peripherals and sensors allow wide technological usage and precise, intelligent operation for the induction sealing machine. It also ensures energy efficiency and extensive self-monitoring and process control. The equipment's control measures the amount of sealing liners travelling under the heating head and controls the power accordingly, providing identical sealing strength for all bottles.
  • On the touchscreen display all operating parameters can be easily inspected and modified. The operator is assisted in setting optimal operating parameters by among other things, the calibrated power meter function. The bottle cap sealing machine is designed with a resettable workpiece counter.
  • Various remote control and monitoring modes can be implemented using the induction sealer's control connector, allowing the capsealer to be fully integrated into the control systems of packaging lines.
  • We have been manufacturing induction cap sealing equipment since 2003, currently supplying a significant portion of the European market with these equipments.

Sealing Liner and Foil distribution

Our company is the exclusive distributor of the high quality induction sealing liners produced by DUKAT in Poland. We distribute liners in rolls or precut. Precut liners may be ordered with easy open pull and/or positioning tabs. We also sell liners with text or images printed on them.

Special conveyors for capsealers

We manufacture special conveyors for our induction capsealing equipment to the individual size requirements of our customers. The special conveyor is necessary in case of sealing smaller bottles or jars, when the heating head of the equipment is only a few centimeters away from the conveyor. The parts of the special conveyor below the conveyor belt are metal-free up to the appropriate distance, so the equipment does not heat them.
